Administration & Customer Service Specialist - Full-Time
The Specialist is responsible for booking parties and events, collecting payment, coordinating operational support for events, leading laser tag events, running the front desk during operating hours, and performing opening and closing duties. Essential to the job is the willingness and ability to be a team player.
Absolutely fundamental to enjoying this role is a love for interacting with people, especially youth, children and their parents. The Specialist typically works 4 weekdays and one weekend day each week, and shares on-call duties with the Operations Manager. The Candidate must have the flexibility to lead occasional weekday evening, weekend, and lock-in events.
GEO strives to deliver a consistent, high quality experience to its customers; therefore the Candidate must have demonstrated previous experience in delivering high quality customer service to demanding clientele in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend Shift Manager - Part-Time
We are seeking a Shift Manager to work weekends. Responsibilities include: leading indoor and outdoor laser tag, motorized bathtub racing, and magnetic SpiderClimbing wall; running the front desk; and managing other laser tag staff. Management and customer service experience required. Candidate must be outging and enjoy interacting with people, especially youth, children and their parents.
